To save up costs and provide you the best prices for our products, we ship directly from our manufacturer in China. Orders may take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, rest assured they are on their way! You will always be able to track your products with a tracking number too here.

We ship items out as soon as possible, it takes about 2-4 days to fulfill your order. If a longer shipping period is anticipated, customers will be notified via email (or other channels). If you have any further questions on the delivery time of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you've placed it. If you do not receive any emails from us, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven't received the order confirmation email, you also won't receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.
